Launching a new drink on a crowded shelf takes more than clever branding. It takes strategy, consistency, and content that actually connects. That’s what brought Vy and Silver, founders of SpaceTime, to us as they prepared to introduce their functional, low-caffeine drink to Chicago’s health-conscious Gen-Z market.
We built a launch strategy designed to help SpaceTime stand out, complete with audience insights, a mapped customer journey, and a content funnel tailored to the moments that influence purchase behaviour both online and in-person. From there, we handled ongoing content ideation, creative direction, and social management to grow awareness and drive conversions.
As a result, their Instagram presence led to over 90% of their audience becoming repeat buyers. It also directly supported new B2B partnerships by boosting trust and visibility with retailers and stockists across the Midwest.
