With plans to launch a bold new chapter in its centuries-old history, Chilham Castle brought us on to craft a digital presence that matched its unique promise: England’s oldest new retreat. Set across 300 acres in the English countryside, this Jacobean estate was transforming into a destination for deep spiritual transformation, luxury wellness, and seasonal celebration.
We worked closely with the owner to shape the brand’s positioning and bring it to life on Instagram. From a full-scale content strategy and visual guidelines to mission copywriting, customer journey mapping, and internal communications support – we set the stage for its magnetic online presence. Within days of launch, their first-ever wellness retreat sold out, setting the right tone for what’s to come.
