Launching a new brand in a saturated industry like hair and beauty requires more than just a pretty feed. It calls for intentional content, a clear strategy, and a nuanced understanding of your audience. That’s what brought Andrea, founder and senior stylist of Ollina Salon, to us. With a clear vision for her salon’s aesthetic and a desire to speak to a more mature, discerning clientele, unlike most salons targeting a younger crowd, Andrea was looking for support that went beyond visuals.
We began by developing Ollina’s Instagram launch strategy, complete with audience insights, content pillars, tone of voice, and a marketing plan tailored to resonate with women 35+ in and around Metuchen. From there, we ideated, created, and managed content across the salon’s first few months on Instagram, laying the foundation for a consistent and confident presence. Once the brand was successfully launched, our role shifted to content creation and strategic guidance, helping Andrea and her in-salon team transition smoothly into managing the account on their own.
